Wood drying

In our professional drying kilns, the wood drying process is carefully controlled to ensure stability, strength, and superior quality. After cutting, the timber is neatly stacked with spacers that allow optimal air circulation between each board. Inside the drying chambers, temperature, humidity, and airflow are computer-controlled so that moisture is removed gradually and evenly, preventing cracks, warping, or internal stress.

Each wood species follows a customized drying schedule based on thickness and final use — whether for furniture, panels, or structural elements. We continuously monitor moisture levels until the wood reaches the optimal range (8–12% for interior use), ensuring a stable product ready for further processing. As a family-owned business, we treat every batch with care and responsibility, combining hands-on experience with modern technology to deliver properly dried, durable, and reliable timber.
